Shipping policy

At IRIS LASH, our team takes great pride in filling your orders with accuracy and speed. Due to the nature of shipping times and the potential issues that can arise in transit, we ask that you please read through our procedures and policies below to ensure as few problems as possible.

FULFILLMENT TIMES

   All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 business hours, which are Monday-Friday 9 am-2 pm MST, with the exception of launches and sales. During these times, processing can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Orders made after 10 am MST on Friday as well as orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.   

 Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Follow this tracking number, as IRIS LASH is not liable for your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier or your international post if you have any concerns regarding your order.

Please note: We will not be able to refund shipping costs as they are paid directly to the carrier. 

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

   Standard shipping times are on average 4-5 business days. This can vary depending on your location but is an estimate of time. 

   Please double-check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned to IRIS LASH, which will cause a major delay in you receiving the product. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TIMES

   UPS 2nd Day Air is a guaranteed two business day shipping service. They do not deliver on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed before 12 pm MST, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm MST will be shipped the following business day. Orders that are shipped on Monday, will arrive Wednesday. Orders shipped Thursday, will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm MST as well as on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and would arrive on Wednesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  International orders are filled in the same way as our domestic shipments. UPS estimates that shipment times should be within 5-7 business days. If they are held at Customs, it is completely out of our hands and there is nothing we can do to speed up the arrival time.  

  

 If any Customs charges occur, please note that we are not responsible. You, the buyer, are 100% responsible. If the order is sent back to us, we will refund you for the cost of the products, but not the shipping costs. 

 

*Please note that as this is a service that UPS provides, we cannot ship to PO boxes.*

SHIPPING:

Please watch for your shipping confirmation email. You will be provided with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Once you receive this confirmation email, you have 14 days to contact us regarding a failed delivery.

Failed Delivery. If you do not receive your delivery and contact us within 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation email to notify us that the shipment wasn’t received, we will not be able to cover you within our return or exchange policy.

Once the package has been delivered, we have no further liability unless the contents were damaged before or during shipping.

Customs Charges or Additional Fees are Your Responsibility. IRIS LASH is not responsible for any additional shipping or customs fees added to your order. With international shipping, this may happen. If you are not familiar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local post office or customs office for more information. If customs fees or additional shipping or other charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Accurate Information Required. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout – including your name and mailing address, as well as any additional contact information that will support the delivery of your package. We will not be liable for any errors entered at checkout. If you do not provide accurate contact information, including a telephone number, we will not be responsible for a failed delivery or delivery attempt and you may incur additional charges (including shipping or return charges).

To be clear, you bear sole responsibility for a failed delivery or delivery attempt, and any additional charges that accrue as a result of entering inaccurate shipping and contact information.

DISCLAIMER: Liability for Lost, Stolen or Misplaced Packages. Once you have been provided with a tracking number via email or text confirmation, we will no longer be liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. It is your
responsibility to be available for the delivery of your package. Please contact the delivery company for any questions regarding shipping.
